Regular Processing/Shop Policies
Everything is packaged with love & good intention! Orders take around 3-7 days to ship, not including processing/transit time. I will always update my website banner if there are any delays!
***Please be sure to provide your email with every order. If I need to reach out about your order status and an email is not provided, unfortunately your order will be cancelled.***
I do not provide refunds unless an item arrives broken! (must provide a picture within 24 hours of delivery date). In other cases, I may provide store credit or a replacement depending on the situation & availability.
No returns or order cancellations. Please purchase responsibly and be sure to read full descriptions and look at all of the photos of the item you intend on bringing home! I do my very best to disclose any imperfections a product may have as well as measurements or photo examples in my hand for size reference.
Unfortunately once I ship your package and a tracking number is provided, I can no longer be held responsible for delayed or lost mail since it is then in USPS's hands. Please contact your local post office for more information on the status of your package! They can almost always provide you with more information than the online tracking system will.
I am not responsible for packages that are delivered to the wrong address (unless it is my typo!) Please be sure to double/triple check your address before submitting your order. If a package is returned to me, I will absolutely send it back out to you and reach out for the correct shipping info! please note the customer is responsible for any postage fees due in order to reprint a new label.
If a payment is pending after you make a purchase, I will take the extra precaution and only ship once the full payment has cleared.
All orders are sent with extra love and care, so if for any reason you are unhappy, please contact me via email or social media and we can work something out! I want to make sure we both leave happy!

PAYMENT PLANS: Payment plans are welcome on single items that have been available for at least 24 hours and have a value of $300+. If you're eyeing a larger piece, you can send me an email with which item you'd like and we can set up payments! A 50%, non-refundable down payment is required in order for me to hold an item. The item will ship once it is completely paid off!
